After reading this short list, you'll defeat!

• If a broker cannot give status of an order, they don’t have control over communication or orders

• Reps that just walk into appointments are apparently not capable or good enough to get a formal appointment

• Sales Professionals that are not on Linkedin or other social networks have not taken the time to connect with the industry and are not willing to make that extra effort to keep up with current trends and technology

• Here’s an obvious one, brokers or reps who do not have a high DnB score are not well managed

• And finally, if your distributor cannot introduce you to their manufacturer face to face, WARNING there is no support!
• The longer it takes to turn a quote the more likely that rep does not have a formal manufacturing partner 

• If a distributor won't reveal who their manufacturers are, chances are they don’t have trusted relationships 

• We don’t like making assumptions when quoting, but we don’t let it hold up budgetary pricing.  Inexperienced reps however, continue to question because they don’t know what to assume

• A distributor who is established has a group of inside sales for assistance

• Emails should be answered or at least acknowledged within 24 hours or it is safe to assume there is not a genuine interest on the other end

Whether or not you buy pcbs from us, you need to know how to win the game.  Finding an established distributor or broker can cause you many lives.  But its not GAME OVER!
